Well, where do I start? Maybe with the fact that I buy games, play them for 10 to 15 minutes then shelve them for months or even years.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey: I bought the ultimate edition when it came out back in 2018 installed it played for half an hour turned it off uninstalled it. And never thought about it again.

In 2024, I was casually scrolling through my endless list of games when I happened upon this one, so I thought to myself I'll give it another go and my god I'm glad I did.

I was sucked straight into the land of Greek mythology, with its amazing scenery and beautiful graphics. I couldn't put the controller down. Around every corner across the open sea, there was always another story or tale to find from hunting down mercenaries to having frontline battles against Spartans or Romans.

The story, from start to finish was fluid and brought all the stories together.

Even the DLCs were a great addition to the game which sometimes isn't the case.

So, after 150-plus hours, I completed my story and laid the game to rest for the final time. Now on to the next Creed game.
